How to use:
- Gently shake the bottle and hold it upright.
- Clean the nostrils by blowing to remove mucus.
- Carefully insert the spray tip into the right nostril while closing the left nostril with your finger.
- Quickly press down on the bottle once while inhaling gently.
- Repeat the same steps for the left nostril.
