Ingredients:
- Sodium chloride 0.9%.
- Sodium bicarbonate.
- Purified water.
How to use:
- Gently shake the bottle and hold it upright.
- Clean the nostrils by blowing them.
- Carefully insert the spray tip into the right nostril while closing the left nostril.
- Quickly press down on the bottle once while gently inhaling.
- Repeat the above steps for the left nostril.
- Avoid tilting the head back after each dose.
